Chairman - Stephen Musgrave

Stephen is Non-Executive Chairman of Mayfair Capital, a UK fund and investment management company, and a Non- Executive of Native Land, a premier London residential developer. He is also Chairman of Elysian Residences, the premium elderly living group, and adviser to Boodle Hatfield.

He is on the Client Committee of the Royal Academy and the Finance Committee of Action for Children. He was formerly UK MD of international property group Hines and CEO of Grosvenor (UK and Ireland).

He brings 40years of business and property experience to the table in his role as Chairman.

Trustee -  Stephen Clarke

Stephen is founding director of Earth Regeneration Limited, which was established in  2010. Earth  provides strategic property advice and work with landowners, funders, developers and investors, in both the private and public sector. Prior to establishing Earth Stephen was head of the Corporate Finance advisory team at DTZ.

Stephen has been a trustee of both Prince’s Regeneration Trust and UKHBPT for over ten years and was chair of the audit committee. Stephen provides Board level financial reporting, funding management and commercial oversight for UKHBPT

He is a Chartered Accountant, a fellow of the RSA and was formerly Chairman of The Stables  Milton Keynes, one of the UK’s leading live music venues.

Trustee - Alison Beardsley

Alison joined the board of the United Kingdom Historic Buildings Preservation Trust in 2010, when she also joined the board of the Prince’s Regeneration Trust. She was a member of PRT’s audit committee and chaired its remuneration committee.

She assisted the PRT management with their review of the legal documentation relating to the purchase and leaseback of Middleport Pottery to Denby. She supports the UKHBPT board with its assessment of legal risk.

Alison has over 25 years’ experience as a corporate finance lawyer at Allen & Overy LLP, including 19 years as a partner and two years as a member of the firm’s global board.

She is an Association Member of Bupa; association members act as quasi-shareholders of this £9.1 billion international healthcare group, which has more than 22 million customers in 190 countries.

Alison is also a trustee of Wandsworth Community Chaplaincy Trust, which works to support ex-offenders following their release from prison.

Trustee - Brian Harris

Brian has over 35 years’ experience in the building and property industry as a partner of the built asset consultancy EC Harris (now Arcadis LLP).  A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors he is a specialist in cost and project management, and is an authority on the delivery of capital projects and the management of risk.

He was closely involved in the growth of EC Harris into a global consultancy. He is a non-executive director of residential developer Northacre PLC.

Brian joined the board of UKHBPT in June 2012, and brings to the Board expertise in the management of project delivery and reporting procedures, and the performance and selection of consultants, including the management of risk.

Trustee - James Furse

In 2010, James was appointed Executive Director of The Prince’s Social Enterprises Ltd and became a member of a number of related boards. James is now Operations Director, The Prince of Wales’s Charitable Foundation. He is a Non-Executive Director of NS&I and Chair of its Appointments and Remuneration Committee, and holds Non-Executive Directorships at South Devon Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Pukka Herbs Ltd and Ageas Insurance UK, where he is Chair of its Remuneration Committee.

He enjoyed a long career with the John Lewis Partnership from 1981 to 2010, the last four years of which he was the first Managing Director of their financial services arm, Greenbee.com.

Finance Director - Dave Poulsom

Dave is a Chartered Accountant who has held a number of senior financial leadership roles in both the private and public sector. Dave has a MA in Leadership from Exeter University as well as Prince 2 and MSP Practitioner level qualification

Having spent his early career in the construction and Railway industries Dave moved to the voluntary sector in 2006 as Director of Finance for the Childrens Workforce Development Council. In 2012 Dave Joined the Department for Education where he spent 5 years acting as senior Finance Business Partner for the Departments delivery agencies and the Education Funding Agency schools £5bn Capital Programme.

In his spare time Dave is an active trustee and governor for four local disadvantaged children and young people focused charities and special schools as well as a keen gardener, motorcyclist and general lover of the outdoors.
